In order to sell real estate in Wisconsin you must be licensed with the state through a real estate broker . The requirements to become licensed are:

At least 18 years of age
Complete required pre-licensing classes
Pass state licensing exam

We offer the following pre-license education program in cooperation with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association:

Video Course
Available at our office or check out tapes for viewing at home
Complete course at your own pace
Department of Regulation & Licensing approved salesperson's course

Cost is $350.00 (payment by cash, or check)

Includes books, certificate of completion, and information on where and how to take test
